Workshop details

Sustainability is more than a nice-to-have for business, it is becoming increasingly material to commercial success or failure.

Shoreditch Business School in collaboration with the UK’s leading independent sustainability driven business group, the Environmental Business Network, are hosting a half-day workshop on how businesses can use sustainability for commercial opportunity.

As the environmental and economic landscape evolves, London’s businesses face both challenge and opportunity. This collaboration reflects our shared belief that sustainability and commercial success must work hand in hand, ensuring businesses remain competitive while contributing to a sustainable future.

This in-person workshop will cover;

  • Using sustainability initiatives as value-creation programmes, exploring opportunities within cost-reduction and risk mitigation
  • How to use sustainability to drive return-on-investment and leverage supply chain value
  • Maximising commercial opportunity when delivering sustainability change programmes
  • Communicating sustainability success and using this as a differentiator against your competitors

Sustainability as a Commercial Advantage: Driving Growth, ROI and Competitive Value

In the current challenging geopolitical climate, sustainability is increasingly moving to the centre of business operations. This workshop will help you understand the role sustainability plays in everything from data collection, supply chain management, social value, energy and waste.

You do not need to be working in a sustainability, CSR or social value role, the workshop focuses on how all leaders and managers now have a responsibility to identify the value and commercial benefit in sustainability initiatives.

This workshop is a pathway to Shoreditch Business School’s level 5 and level 7 Sustainability leadership courses, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.

You are able to use the fee from this workshop to discount the full cost of studying the Sustainability Management and Leadership (Level 5 Award) or Strategic Sustainability (Level 7 Award) with Shoreditch Business School.
