Operational sustainability management and leadership are crucial in helping organisations achieve long-term success while minimising environmental and social impacts. For middle managers and leaders, this involves integrating sustainable practices into everyday operations, from resource efficiency and waste reduction to fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
This qualification is designed to support practising or aspiring middle/operational managers and leaders, responsible for translating strategy into operational plans, and driving the implementation of organisational strategy though teams. Through this course, they will develop an awareness of sustainability principles, manage and operationalise sustainability practices and develop an awareness of ethical leadership and change management.
